Mobile Alerts Terms and Conditions

Broadway Across America (“BAA”) offers a text messaging program (the “Program”) through which each participant (“Participant”) may receive SMS or MMS text message alerts regarding offers and promotions from BAA as well as alerts relating to a Participant’s transactions or BAA account. By providing their consent to participate in the Program, each Participant affirms that they are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile phone number provided to Broadway Across America (“BAA”), are over the age of 13, and expressly consent to receive text messages and alerts from BAA, pursuant to these Program Terms and Conditions. The number and frequency of messages will vary depending on each Participant’s activities and the offers and promotions that are made available by BAA. The alerts will be delivered to the mobile phone associated with the mobile number provided by the Participant using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Participation in the Program is not required as a condition of making purchases or receiving services from BAA or creating a user account with BAA. BAA does not charge a fee to participate in the Program, however, standard message and/or data rates may apply to any SMS or MMS messages that Participants send or receive as part of the Program.

Help and Stop Information: At any time, Participants can send a text message to 98693 for help by texting “help”. To stop receiving messages, Participant can text “cancel”, “stop”, “unsubscribe”, “quit”, or “end” to 98693.

BAA is not responsible for blocked messages or delivery delays due to carrier issues or mobile device settings. The information in any message may be subject to certain time lags and/or delays. Participant information will be used as described herein and in BAA’s Privacy Policy at http://www.broadwayacrossamerica.com/privacy.html. BAA reserves the right to terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
